  • Condition: This is used, not perfect, but in good working order. There is a 1 inch area where the larger tube goes over the smaller that I used a Dremel tool on to smooth out where a small chip was taken out in airline handling. Now that it is a smooth edge it shouldn't get worse. See last two photos. The rubber coating on the wheels also shows some wear and cracking, but they roll fine.
