Dark Shadows 1969 Calendar Barnabas TV Collinwood VHTF unmarked Vampire Fan Club

Very rare 1969 Calendar that was a part of a 1968 Mail order only Vampire Club Kit. Issued while the series was still going strong. Not used and Unmarked. In great overall shape with some very light edge staining and a couple of curled corners(last 2 pics). With the mail order you would also get a membership card, certificate, book cover, photos and a slotted pamphlet to hold everything. All that stuff is rare and hard to come by, especially the calendar in such great complete and unmarked shape. I can't locate another for sale anywhere.
