1974 Oregon License Plate Trailer Prorate Bingo Board Pro Rate with Stickers

The gold colored back of this plate indicates that it is from Oregon. It appears that the previous owner decided to stick four New York motorcycle stickers on the back, for a reason that I do not know.
This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. See the close-up photo, as that tells the whole story as to condition.
